The lead time for execution of an order depends on several factors (availability of products in stock, in-process inventory, volume of order, range of products) and may amount from 1 to 12 weeks. When you send you request for delivery of products, our employee will advise an approximate delivery date to you.

Usually the delivery takes 3 to 7 days.

To be most convenient for customers, our enterprise as a rule delivers products on terms CIP, destination (INCOTERMS 2000), where freight charges are included in the price of products.
For deliveries of heavy-weight cargoes, our enterprise uses two freight forwarders ( M&M AIR SEA CARGO GmbH, Germany or HELLMAN WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS, Austria ) which provide direct deliveries by air.
Small cargoes are delivered by FedEx express-mail.
